Driver accused of 132-mph street race before killing teen motorcyclist in Charlotte

Police say one of the drivers has been arrested after a high-speed street race that led to the death of a 17-year-old last month in north Charlotte.

Channel 9 reported when 17-year-old Alex Rodriguez was killed while riding a motorcycle on Interstate 85 on July 25. The North Carolina State Highway Patrol told us that Rodriguez was hit while two cars were speeding on the highway.
