New $14.9M Cincinnati housing community to help people experiencing chronic homelessness

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A new $14.9 million permanent supportive housing community is opening near Findlay Market with 44 apartments for people who have experienced chronic homelessness.

Over-the-Rhine Community Housing will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Gloria’s Place on Thursday. The development is located at 2000 Dunlap St. in Over-the-Rhine.

Built on the site of a former parking lot, Gloria’s Place combines affordable apartments with community spaces, offices for case managers and 24-hour on-site supportive services…
