A convicted felon living in The Villages is back in trouble.
Gabriel Phillip Weeks, 53, who lives in the Perdido Villas in the Village of Pinellas, showed up last week for an appointment at the Florida Probation Office in Bushnell, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. It turns out he was wanted for violating his probation in Volusia County on a grand theft charge.
Deputies arrived at the probation office and took Weeks into custody. He was booked without bond at the Sumter County Detention Center pending transfer to Volusia County…
