CINCINNATI — Four people were killed and a fifth person was injured after a car crashed through a guardrail and plunged into Mill Creek in Cincinnati Saturday evening.
The crash happened around 5:50 p.m. near the dead end of Queen City Avenue, just north of the Western Hills Viaduct.
