COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police say alcohol played a role in a violent road rage incident outside Chapel Hills Mall.
Officers were called to the mall parking lot at 6:45 p.m. Saturday on reports of a disturbance.
“The disturbance was between two vehicles and had started as a road rage incident,” the Colorado Springs Police Department said. “… During the disturbance [one of the drivers] broke the other party’s front passenger window.”…
