Proposed constitutional amendments for Tennessee on the November ballot were discussed Monday by 3rd Judicial District Public Defender Todd Estep at the America First Federated Women of Greene County meeting at VFW Post 1990 in Greeneville.
Estep spoke at the request of 3rd Judicial District Chancellor Douglas Jenkins, who had been scheduled to speak before judicial duties intervened.
