Broad Metro LLC has completed its purchase of about 65 acres in Hoover, securing the remaining land needed for Phase Three of Stadium Trace Village.
The $4.6 million transaction closed Monday, Aug. 17. The property was owned by 11 tenants in common, with broker Lee Willcoxon IV representing the ownership group and negotiating the sale.
