DeWitt, N.Y. — Police have identified the man whose body was found in a water tower at Lotte Biologics last week.
Amir Raffe, 21, of Syracuse, was the man found dead in a water-cooling tower at the pharmaceutical company, Lt. Jerry Pace, a DeWitt police spokesperson, said Monday.
