JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Today: Dangerous temperatures continue for the beginning of this week as today’s high tops out in the triple digits. Heat indices are expected to exceed 110 degrees. Unfortunately, there won’t be much relief overnight as lows only bottom out in the upper 70s.
Mid-week: The heat sticks around mid-week as daily high temperatures will be near 100 degrees. We’ll see mostly sunny skies for the first half of the day with the chance of an isolated shower or two in the afternoon.
