Changes are coming to Twin Cities PBS next month, with the St. Paul-based TV station operator adding a local affiliate serving southern Minnesota.
As of Sept. 1, the nonprofit public media organization will henceforth be known as Minnesota PBS, indicative of its takeover of KSMQ-TV, located in Austin.
