Joe Sessel, who owns a small-but-growing burger chain in the metro, doesn’t live near the skyscrapers of Power & Light or streetcar tracks.
Instead, he chooses to dwell miles west of the suburban sprawl, saying he far and above prefers a rural lifestyle. His daily commute begins on a dirt road.
