The land is now vacant, but memories and big ideas now fill the air of the one-time home of the Excelsior Club.
“I was at the Stellar Awards this weekend talking to Shirley Caesar, and she was telling me she performed there and was wondering what was happening with the construction,” Councilman Malcolm Graham said.
