The Hudson County Board of Commissioners carried two resolutions that would have awarded contracts for supportive housing and sober living after concerns over code compliance came up at the prior caucus.
On Thursday, the board first voted to carry to agenda items to its September 10th meeting, although they could theoretically appear on the agenda for Thursday’s special meeting.
The move was made following a request by Hudson County Administrator Abe Antun, who informed the board he had not received the info requested at the August 11th caucus regarding code compliance pertaining to the housing providers for the re-entry program.
“I think we would ask that, before you vote on the consent agenda, that a motion be made to carry items 27 and 28 to the next meeting,” Antun said…
