LOS ANGELES – The County opened waiting lists Monday for two public housing properties on the Westside – a 41-unit development in Santa Monica and a 183-unit senior property in Marina del Rey.
The Los Angeles County Development Authority is accepting registrations for Santa Monica Family and Marina Manor Senior as part of a broader opening of 16 site-based public housing waiting lists across the county.
LACDA classifies Santa Monica Family as a small site. Its waiting list will close once 1,000 applications are received or at 5 p.m. Sept. 16, whichever comes first…
