NORMAN, Okla. – Norman police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing and endangered woman.
Police said 45-year-old Melanie Garcia was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Monday near W. Robinson St. and Rock Creek Rd.
Garcia is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a denim blouse, black pants and white shoes…
