The Nevada Mining Association (NVMA) has relocated its headquarters to a new office in Midtown Reno at 1071 Haskell St., connecting the Association with one of the city’s most active neighborhoods. Positioned just minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and major highways, the new office provides a central location for collaboration with members, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Over 100 mining operations produce 20 essential minerals across Nevada, supported by a statewide supply chain of more than 1,700 vendors. Approximately 400 of those businesses are based in Washoe County, emphasizing the region’s critical role in supporting mines throughout the state.
“Nevada is considered a top mining jurisdiction globally because of our commitment to safe, sustainable operations and our strong network of suppliers who provide invaluable services,” said NVMA President Amanda Hilton. “This move better positions the NVMA to serve our members, strengthen partnerships, and support businesses that keep Nevada mining growing.”…
