The cause of death for a Connecticut man who died after falling at Madison Square Garden has been confirmed.
According to People, New York City’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner found that 51-year-old Niantic resident Paul Kueker died of multiple blunt impact injuries, and his death was ruled an accident.
