BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was arraigned on a second-degree murder charge Tuesday after being accused of shooting and killing his girlfriend in south Buffalo on July 31, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said.
Ramone P. James, 36, was also arraigned on two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and one count of aggravated criminal contempt.
Officers responded to a residence on the first block of Macamley Street around 7:45 p.m. on July 31. Shatisha Dade, 32, was taken to the Erie County Medical Center, where she died from her injuries…
