COSHOCTON, OH (WTRF) — A Coshocton man was sentenced to nine to 13½ years in prison after pleading no contest to aggravated possession of drugs.

James L. Cox, 49, appeared in Coshocton County Common Pleas Court on Aug. 10. He pleaded no contest to an amended count of aggravated possession of drugs, a first-degree felony.
After hearing a summary of the evidence, the court found Cox guilty.
Prosecutors and Cox’s attorney jointly recommended a mandatory minimum sentence of nine years and a maximum of 13½ years. The court accepted the recommendation.
