FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A woman has been arrested three weeks after a fatal hit-and-run crash in west Fresno killed a motorcyclist.
The Fresno Police Department responded to a vehicle-versus-motorcycle collision at West Dakota Avenue and North Fruit Avenue around 9:20 p.m. on July 1st.
