LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A man was arrested in Lexington on Tuesday afternoon after police said he stole a vehicle.
Twenty-five-year-old Jerry Austin faces one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition–auto, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, three counts of first-degree criminal mischief and one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police.
Officers from the Lexington Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle around 2:11 p.m. in the 800 block of Enterprise Drive.
The vehicle was quickly recovered, and Austin was arrested in the 200 block of Kentucky Avenue…
