PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man was convicted on Tuesday after breaking into a Southeast Portland home operating as a daycare in July, according to court documents.
On Tuesday, 41-year-old Ivan Borisovich Golovin pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespassing while his two other charges of attempting to commit a Class A misdemeanor were dismissed. Golovin previously pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
