Developer signals intent to pursue zone amendment change for large multi-family housing development

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A developer has signaled its intent to build multi-family housing at a site that includes properties on South Broadway and West Maxwell Street.

Law firm McBrayer PLLC said in a letter obtained by WKYT that Landmark Properties wants to redevelop 15 properties across South Broadway, West Maxwell Street, Spring Street and Pine Street and wishes to pursue a potential zone map amendment.
