Blue Chips Media pitched Keeneland as the only option for Kentucky athletics on social media. That may seem like a local shoe-in at first, but the more I think about it, it’s hard not to be convinced. The fit is more than the neat-looking patch – although, it not being an eyesore certainly helps.
Keeneland is arguably Lexington’s most defining attraction, outside of Kentucky athletics. As Blue Chips notes, the beloved horse-racing venue draws upwards of $1.6 billion in annual revenue. That’s a built-in benefit for Kentucky of the type that most other schools can’t claim…
