WILMINGTON (WWAY) — The Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization presented its annual report to Wilmington City Council Tuesday night, with a major focus on the future of the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge.
The discussion comes as local leaders continue looking for ways to close a significant funding gap for the multi-million-dollar project, as the amount of funding available only sits at $327 million dollars.
