For the third time since 2020, a nearly century-old office building along Grand Avenue in Des Moines has new owners, according to Polk County real estate records.
2711 Grand Avenue LLC, an entity managed by Des Moines attorney Dustin Mueller, paid $2.1 million to Helena Farms LLC for the 1.1-acre property at 2015 Grand Ave., records show.
