Commonwealth’s Attorney responds to Albemarle school board’s letter in Swiney case

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) – The back-and-forth between the Albemarle County School Board and the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is continuing over the Michael Swiney case.

After the school board challenged claims made by the prosecutor Lawton Tufts in court, Commonwealth’s Attorney Jim Hingeley is now responding.
