History was made Wednesday morning, as students took their first steps and the first classes at the new Christian County High School, and students were welcomed back to their schools across the district for the first day of school.
Traffic was no problem at the new school that welcomes buses, student drop offs and student drivers, with everything seeming to flow smoothly at an intersection that many have pondered would be able to handle the increase in traffic.
Executive Principal Ken Carver says traffic flow was a dream for the first day, and while classes themselves started just a little late as students figured out the new building, he couldn’t have asked for a better start…
