GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Project leaders broke ground Wednesday on a 38-unit townhome community in northeast Grand Rapids.
Known as Knapp Hills Townhomes, the development is located at Dean Lake Avenue NE and Knapp Street NE on the outskirts of the Creston neighborhood. Wheeler Development Group is building the 38 homes across nine separate buildings, with private streets and common areas.
