Three suspects were arrested for stealing money from an elderly man in a Ventura County bank jugging theft.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspects as:
- Malcolm Lockhard, 26, of Long Beach
- Tyson Hinton, 27, of Lancaster
- Quawun Williams, 33, of Long Beach
On Aug. 18, deputies responded to a theft in progress on the 2200 block of Via Leal in Camarillo around 3:15 p.m.
