Pittsburgh man ordered to pay $30K for depositing stolen tax return check

A Pittsburgh man was sentenced to pay $30,471. 80 in restitution for depositing a stolen tax return check, the Department of Justice announced Tuesday.

Andre Pitts, 21, also faces two years of probation after being convicted of uttering counterfeit obligations or securities and theft of government property.
