Fontana has started a loan program meant to help business and encourage private investment in the city’s downtown.
Anyone who owns property, or who operates a business downtown, may receive financial help from the city provided they use the money to improve property values in Fontana’s Downtown Revitalization Area, according to a statement on the city’s website.
