STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — New York City officials have big development plans for Staten Island.
A Department of Housing Preservation and Development draft fair housing growth strategy published Wednesday showed the city’s goal for 17,675 new homes across Staten Island, a 9.5% growth, over the next 5 years.
