Records: Woman, 18, faces 2 felony charges after allegedly pistol-whipping girlfriend, firing shots

SAN ANTONIO – A woman who allegedly assaulted her girlfriend Tuesday over a money dispute at a North Side home has been charged with multiple felonies, according to Bexar County court records.

Lucero Tetrazzi, 18, is facing the following charges:

  • Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (second-degree felony)
  • Assault of a family or household member by impeding their breath/circulation (third-degree felony)

After her Tuesday arrest, jail records show Tetrazzi was officially booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center just after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
