HONOLULU (KHON2) — An Oʻahu grand jury indicted Eugene Fulks, 42, for murder in connection to the death of 48-year-old Christopher Claxton.
Prosecutors said Claxton was leaving a gym on Keeaumoku Street when Fulks allegedly stabbed him on Aug. 13.
The victim was brought to an emergency room in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, police reported.
