MILWAUKEE — The Wisconsin Humane Society has an urgent need for foster homes and adopters due a high volume of cats and kittens in their shelters.
The shelter is currently fostering 1,081 cats and kittens, caused by a usual summer peak in felines due to the breeding cycle, as well as a housing insecurity crisis.
