NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A North Augusta family is suing Aiken County Public School District, alleging its 6-year-old son with special needs was hurt, improperly restrained, repeatedly removed from learning and denied the support outlined in his education plan.
Dalton and Olivia Kincaid say their son, Jameson, went from loving school to being afraid to attend it while enrolled at Hammond Hill Elementary.
