SAN ANTONIO – A man has been arrested on a capital murder charge months after 26-year-old Jon Kross Perez was attacked, robbed and shot multiple times outside an East Side after-hours business.
Santos Alvarez, 22, was arrested in connection with Perez’s February 8 death.
