MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman has been formally charged in connection with a road-rage shooting that killed a 44-year-old woman Monday, Aug. 17.
Mariah Ruiz is charged with first-degree reckless homicide with use of a dangerous weapon. If convicted, she could face up to 65 years in prison.
