MUSTANG, Okla. (KOKH) — Nearly 50 Oklahoma Army National Guard Soldiers returned home on Thursday after a nine-month deployment to the Middle East, where their mission shifted as the region moved into combat operations.
Friends, family members and Oklahoma National Guard leaders welcomed home soldiers from the Oklahoma Army National Guard’s 745th Military Police Detachment, 345th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion and 90th Troop Command during a homecoming ceremony in Mustang, Oklahoma.
