CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control is facing an emergency capacity situation, with only one open dog kennel remaining at the shelter.
With additional dogs continuing to arrive, ACC is urgently asking the community to help create lifesaving space by adopting, fostering, or taking a shelter pet on a ‘Staycation.’
