Indianapolis Housing Agency ordered to fix Lugar Tower air conditioning or face fines

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Residents at Richard G. Lugar Tower Apartments in downtown Indianapolis have waited weeks for air conditioning repairs while enduring a growing list of maintenance problems.
