An argument between neighbors landed one man in jail in Central Florida. Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies were recently dispatched to the K-Ville area on County Road 542, due to a reported armed disturbance.
According to local law enforcement, it was reported that two men got into an argument, and one of the men allegedly pulled a handgun out and began threatening the other man. Deputies arrived on scene and learned that the armed man was 54-year-old Daniel Chester McCall, of Lakeland.
According to law enforcement, McCall admitted to arming himself with a gun, but he told the deputies that he had already disposed of it in a nearby dumpster, and someone he did not know took it out.
