Roanoke, VA – A cold front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms that start this afternoon and carry over into the evening. A few storms could be strong to severe, with damaging winds and heavy downpours possible.
This afternoon we should see some scattered showers and thunderstorms across the viewing area. Futurecast shows that the main line of storms will arrive this evening at about 9PM before gradually moving out as we head into a much drier Sunday.
