SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A 31-year-old man was shot during an argument Friday night in San Diego’s Teralta East neighborhood, authorities said.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the shooting happened around 10:50 p.m. in the east alley of the 4100 block of Chamoune Avenue.
