An Arkansas State Police corporal has been arrested and placed on administrative leave after a single-vehicle wreck while he was on duty in an ASP vehicle near Monticello.
ASP identified the trooper as 45-year-old Corporal John M. Parker of Camden. The wreck occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday, August 21st, on U.S. Highway 278 near Monticello.
Parker was not injured in the crash…
