SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A vegetation fire was reported Sunday morning in an area just northwest of Brown Field Municipal Airport in Otay Mesa.
Crews with San Diego Fire-Rescue, Cal Fire and the Chula Vista Fire Department responded to the incident around 6 a.m., officials said.
Firefighters were seen battling the blaze from the ground, with the fire burning brush along Heritage Road and Pogo Row.
