A major traffic change is scheduled Tuesday as the Summit Street reconstruction north of Galena Street reaches its halfway point.
Sometime early in the day, city officials expect contractor Gerken Paving to open the rebuilt southbound lane and close the northbound side for rebuilding.
The switch will allow side streets on the northwest side of the street to reopen, while vehicles to and from businesses and parks on the Maumee River side will have to wade through a work zone for most of the rest of the year…
