Activist Gene Stilp, pig bus coming to court for latest lawsuit about former site of TMI

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — Activist Gene Stilp is suing the Central Dauphin School District School board, claiming the board is using district taxpayer’s money to support Constellation Energy’s Crane Clean Energy Center — formerly known as Three Mile Island.

A hearing is being held Monday at the Dauphin County Courthouse, and Stilp, the group “NO T.M.I RESTART” and the pig bus say they will be in attendance. Prior to the hearing, Stilp and the group will be holding a press conference.
