New Nissan Stadium remains on schedule as crews prepare for seats, bridge connector work

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Construction on the new Nissan Stadium remains on schedule, according to an update presented to the Metro Sports Authority.

Officials say crews are moving toward a major milestone: enclosing the stadium by the middle of October. Work on the roof structure is continuing, while crews also prepare to begin installing the stadium’s 60,000 seats.

Seat installation is expected to begin in September, with crews aiming to install about 10,000 seats each month…
